Alexander, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, 87, of Gahanna, passed away June 17, 2010. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Billy; parents Fay and May Strader; sisters Mary Ellen Koogler and Betty Bowshier; brother Jack Strader. Dorothy is survived by her daughters Tonia (Denny) Souder, and Lynn (Gary) Carden; sister Norma Haines; grandchildren Jason (Sarah), Matt (Erin), and Todd Souder, Jarrett Carden and Abby (Charlie) Corts; great-grandsons Jace and Sawyer Souder. In Dorothy’s memory, a private celebration of her life was held. According to her wishes, her body was donated for research to The Ohio State University.
