Ruth K. (Allis) Dellinger, age 84, of Reynoldsburg, passed away peacefully at home, Saturday, June 26, 2010. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her kids and family. Ruth was a member of the Eastern Star and Parkview Presbyterian Church, loved flowers, enjoyed fishing, and collected angels, butterflies, and hummingbirds. She is preceded in death by her parents Archie and Helen (Stuart) Allis. She is survived by her loving husband William E. Dellinger, with whom she celebrated 65 years of marriage on Sunday, June 20, 2010; children Sandra F. Wagonblott, William D. (Debra Jo) Dellinger, Debra L. Schleppi, and Mark E. (Becky) Dellinger; grandchildren Rob and Dan (Karen) Wagonblott, Pax (Jennifer), Josh, and Heather Dellinger, Brandi Schleppi, Kelly (Eric) Zimmerman, Brian Dellinger, and Julia (Mike) Wilson; and eight great-grandchildren. Her family will receive friends Monday, June 28 from 6-8 p.m. at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg. Family will also receive friends Tuesday, June 29 from 10-11 a.m. at Parkview Presbyterian Church, 6969 E. Livingston Ave., where her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m.; interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Parkview Presbyterian Church.
