Katerina Elyse Ayres (Botts). “KAT” was called to heaven on Friday, June 25, 2010. Born at Ohio State on August 4, 2008 and transferred to Children’s on August 25, 2008. Our precious little angel fought so hard to be a part of this life. Anyone who came in contact with her was changed forever. She is survived by her parents Tristan and Jessica Ayres (Botts) of Reynoldsburg. Grandparents Charlie and Darlee Botts (Mohn), Grandmother Tammy Ayres, Grandfather Tony Lamar, Great-Grandmother Nellie Botts, Great-Grandparents Bob and Bonnie DeCarlo and Ronald and Elizabeth Ayres, uncles Mike Camp (Tiffany Shepherd), Frank Beaver, Jr. (Lisa), Collin Ayres, Jeff Curtis and many cousins. A SPECIAL THANKS to “Our Family” at Children’s Hospital. They were more than “Staff”. The Dcotors and nurses became part of us and there are no words to describe our gratitude for not just their care but also their love. Donations to the C-4 NICU will help others like Kat. Calling hours will be held at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg from 5-7 P.M. Saturday, July 3, with her service to follow at 7 P.M.
