Ruby Alice Reisch

Ruby Alice Reisch, 87, of Reynoldsburg, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023. She was born on June 6, 1935 in Leon, West Virginia to Uriah and Ethel (Stover) Herdman. She worked for many years at Buckeye Power. Ruby loved her sports, anything from the Broncos, to the Indians, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Browns, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and especially when she got to watch Jeff Gordon on Nascar. She loved to play golf at the Willows, and enjoyed watching sports with her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and her family will dearly miss her and her smile. She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband Joseph Howard Reisch; son Joseph Rhodes; siblings Jasper, Vesta Marie, Anne Mae, Violet, Crystal, and William. Ruby is survived by daughters Sherrie (Gregory) Dingess, Diana Williams, Christina Dillon, and John Siddall; brother Dallas Herdman; grandchildren Joey, Joshua, Amanda (Keith), Naomi (Michael), Kylie (Craig), Amber (Jordan), Ashley, and Nicole; great-grandchildren Jett, Elise, Ethan, Landon, Rowan and Amy; niece Jenny; and best friends Janice and Sue; many more extended family and friends. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, February 2, from 5-8pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, where her service will be held on Friday, February 3, at 1pm, with visiting an hour prior at noon. Graveside service to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
