Aaron Douglas Slone

Aaron Slone 17, passed peacefully on November 19, 2021 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He was surrounded by his loving family. Aaron was born June 13 th 2004. He is survived by his Grandma “Mamaw” Phyllis Slone, Sister Stephanie and Brother Marshall, Cousins Cailyn Campbell and Alisha Slone, parents Melissa Slone and Aaron Cook. He will be greatly missed by his many Aunts and Uncles. He is preceded in death by his Grandpa Lawrence “Bud” Slone. While Aaron’s life was short, he made the most of it. Aaron had a loving, caring and gentle spirit. You could always find him playing games on his computer or telling you interesting train facts or telling jokes. He was a Junior at Gahanna Lincoln High School. A special Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and staff at Children’s Hospital CT ICU for taking great care of Aaron. A huge Thank you to all the teachers, and staff at Gahanna Jefferson School District and to all of our friends for the generous donations. A memorial service will be December 5, 2021 at Gahanna Community Church from 1-2 with refreshments following the service.
