Amya was the light of her Mom’s world. She was the most wonderful sister. Amya was full of life and was a true giver. Her teachers often told her family how selfless Amya was to her friends. She would always give to someone that was in need, whether it was food off her plate, a hug to a friend or asking a teacher if they needed help. Amya continues to give to this day, by sharing the gift of life through being a donor. Her spirit and joy will always remain on this earth. There wasn’t a sport that Amya didn’t enjoy. She was super athletic. Soccer was her favorite sport and she loved to play with her dad and all of her friends! She, also, loved butterflies and now every time we see a butterfly we will know that our angel, Amya, is watching over us.
