Anthony "Chaz" Wise

Anthony "Chaz" Chazea Wise, 20, of Canal Winchester, passed away Monday, November 25, 2024. He was born August 17, 2004 in Athens, Ohio.

Chaz attended and graduated from Eagle Wings Academy. He is preceded in death by his cousin Michael Killila. He is survived by his Father Daryl Wise; Mother Kelly Thacker; brothers Tyler O'Neal, Daryl Wise, Jr., Tre' Wise, Li'onel Lipkins; sisters Corrie Adams, Kimberly Wilcox, Stephanie Adams, Aaliyah Wise, Serenity Mitchell, Dior Mitchell; Grandmother Naomi Wise; Great Grandmother Darla Wise and many aunts and cousins.

His family will receive friends Thursday, December 5 from 11-1:00 at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio where his service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Union Grove Cemetery.
