Obituary
Autumn Marie Faulk, passed away on April 3, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. Autumn is survived by her parents, Joshua J.. and Heather Thomas Elaine (Wright) Faulk and many loving family members and close friends.
Autumn was an amazing little girl with a big heart. She had a deep love for animals and cherished every moment she had enjoying the nature and beauty of the world.
Autumn’s family will receive friends on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at The River Church, 2190 Coonpath Rd. Lancaster, OH where her funeral service will be held at 3:00pm with Pastor Tim Smith officiating. Interment to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
