Barbara Ellen Flowers

Barbara Ellen Flowers, 84, of Whitehall, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021. She was born on January 24, 1937 in Lancaster, Ohio to Stanley & Rosalie (Oatney) Stover. Barbara worked for Dorsey International, then she worked for JC’Penny’s Outlet until it closed. She enjoyed Gardening, Collecting Antique Glass, and she made the BEST Potato Salad in the world. Preceded in death by her parents; husband William “Bill” Flowers; and son Stephen Stover. Barbara is survived by children Victoria (Glenn) Beighley, Michael (Linda Wellman) Stover, Mark (Beth) Stover, Renee Lane, and Phillip (Toni) Stover; grandchildren Brandy (Scott), Jan, Christina, Brian, Erica, Josh, Jen, Mark Jr, Jamie, Bailey, Danny, Preston, Adrienne, Andrea, and Randy; many great-grandchildren; best friend Barb Huffman; brothers John (Neva) Stover and Paul (Bernice) Stover; many more extended family and friends. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 29, from 12-1pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, where her service will be held at 1pm. Graveside service to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
