Barbara Ann (Pirik/Mucciardi) Harlow

Barbara Ann Harlow (Pirik/Mucciardi) 76, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024 at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 22, 1948 to the late Rita (Elflein) and Frank Pirik. She was also preceded in death by her late husband, Joseph Mucciardi.

A graduate of Bishop Hartley High High School in June, 1966, she attended the St. Francis School of Nursing from 1966 to 1969, where she was voted by instructors as the best all around Nurse of the class. She held various positions in the medical field, with the fondest part of her career being in emergency nursing.

Barbara is survived by her sons, Brian Mucciardi of Blacklick and Jared (Ashley) Mucciardi of Lewis Center; brothers, Mark (Mary) Pirik of Columbus and Victor Pirik of Wisconsin, and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara’s family will receive friends on Friday, January 10, 2025 from 4 to 6:00pm at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg, OH, where her memorial service will be held at 6:00pm with Pastor Dennis Barnhart officiating.
