Carl B. Richardson, III

Carl Richardson, age 79, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 13, 2024. He was born and raised in Canton, Ohio where he graduated from Central Catholic High School, then graduated from Franklin University with a degree in electronics. He started his career at North American Rockwell and worked in a variety of sales positions throughout the years, most recently retiring from Carmen’s Vacuum Sales and Service.

He is preceded in death by his son, Dale Richardson, and daughter-in-law, Janet Richardson. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Connie (Miller) Richardson; his son, Chip (Kim) Richardson; daughters, Anne (Kevin) McDonough and Nicole (Wes) Olson; grandchildren, Rebekah, Benjamin, Maxine, Hutchinson, Annaise, and Charles and sister, Jackie (Sid) Zufall.

Carl was known as a family man. He enjoyed ballroom dancing, yard work, and bird watching, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but he is at peace in his eternal home in heaven.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Vineyard Community Church, 15187 Palmer Road SW, Etna, Ohio 43068 on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Visitation at 10:00am, with service following at 11:00am, Pastor Mitch Price officiating, with a meal following the service.
