Chad Hembree passed away on November 6, 2025. He was born on January 26, 1971 in Columbus, OH to Lenville and Nancy (Musselman) Hembree. He is preceded in death by his father, Lenville A. Hembree and his brother, Craig Hembree.

Chad is survived by his mother, Nancy J. Hembree of Dayton and his nephew, Justin Hembree of Arizona. Private services held and arrangements under the care of Cotner Funeral Home.
