Chad Robbins Donahue

With heavy hearts and great sorrow we announce the untimely death of Chad Robbins Donahue on April 29th, 2024 at the age of 44. Chad was born on December 31, 1979 in Zanesville Ohio. He was foremost a family man, a hard worker with many skills, and had a passion for knowledge. Some of his hobbies included camping, fishing, hunting, and was an avid Buckeye fan. Anyone who was fortunate enough to know Chad would only have a great memory to share. That's just who he was!

He is preceded in death by his long time friend/brother Scotty Newell. Survived by his wife Melissa Robbins Donahue of 22 years; his three children Kelsey (Tyler) LaFond, Collin Robbins and Dustin (Sam) Rodenbaugh; four grandchildren Ellie, Beecher, Charlotte, and Ashton; his mother Sandra Robbins and father Rickey Donahue; only brother Joey Robbins Donahue (Polly); two special nephews Joseph and Jeremiah Robbins; he has many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and too many friends to name (but you know who you are).

Special mention to Al LaFond and Michelle McCarthy a tribute to Chad's beliefs "Life's too short, so keep your friends close and live humble".

I would like to thank Cotner Funeral Home for the caring of our loved one. There will be no funeral. An online celebration of life has been set up by his wife. Feel free to share your best memories of Chad, a life taken too soon!
