Charlette "Chuckie" Parker

Charlette “Chuckie” Parker, 81, passed away on November 27, 2023 at her home. Chuckie was born on October 13, 1942, in Columbus, OH. She graduated in 1960 from Reynoldsburg High School. Chuckie loved being with her family and was a very dedicated Ohio State sports fan who never missed a game. When they weren't playing, she loved watching tennis, going to musicals, plays, shopping or going to the latest movie that just came out. Chuckie will be missed by many friends and family, especially her work family from the Board of Elections. She is preceded in death by her mother, Helen (Fouts) Gaulke; her son, Parrish; brother, Bobby (Penny) DiPietro and sister, Sandy (Charlie) Coey; brother-in-law, Jim Zollinger.

Chuckie is survived by her son, Shawn; daughter, Tiffany; sister, Judy Zollinger; grandson, Sterling; her dog, Emma and  several nieces and nephews.

Chuckie’s family will receive friends on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at the Cotner Funeral Home from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, where her memorial service will be held at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers Chuckie's family suggests memorial contributions to the following animal/dog rescue organizations: Almost Home, or Friends of The Shelter. Arrangements under the care of Cotner Funeral Home and Crematory.
