Christian Alexander Harrison, 19, passed away suddenly in a drowning accident on July 19, 2020. Christian was born on November 20, 2000. He and his twin brother Daniel Jacob Harrison were born to Barbara E. (Whylly) Harrison and Danny K. Harrison. He also is survived by his Aunt Cindy Cooper who was like a second mother to him. His mother, father, brother, and aunt loved him so dearly and were so proud of all of his accomplishments.
Christian was an honor student during his K12 education. He was a good athlete and a faithful member of Vineyard Community Church, and all the church community loved him. He was a coach for the soccer team and went to church every Sunday Morning, Bible Study, and Youth Group. He was a hard worker who cared for the church community. He, also, worked at Chipotle where in a few short months was a service manager, and was loved by all who worked with him. He loved to read his Bible and pray everyday. Some of his favorite verses include Philippians 4:13 and 4:19, 1 Peter 4:10, and John 3:16. Christian never complained about anything. His family, friends, and all who met him will truly miss him.
He is survived by his father Danny; twin brother Daniel; Aunt Cindy; several great aunts, cousins, and a host of friends. All who loved him and will truly miss him. He is preceded in death by his mother Barbara who loved him so much; paternal grandparents John F. Harrison and Laura (Rowley) Harrison; maternal grandparents Wilbert and Lueivna Whylly; and Uncle John Harrison. All of whom will keep him company in heaven. Christian was studying to become a pastor for the Lord. His motto was “God Matters More” which is on his Bible, his phone, and his computer. He was truly loved, and will be sadly missed by family and friends, but we know that he is in the arms of His Heavenly Father.
His family will receive friends on Sunday, July 26, from 5-8pm at Vineyard Community Church, 15187 Palmer Rd SW, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. His funeral service will be held on Monday at 11am at the church, then his graveside service will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
