Claire Frances Ford, 72, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 16, 2019. She was born on October 30, 1946 in Chicago, IL to the late Charles and Mary (Kane) Richard, Jr. Also preceded in death by her brother, Charles Richard III and sister, Anita Miller.

Claire is survived by her beloved husband, Tom R. Ford; daughters, Mary (David) Myers, Teresa (Philip) DiYanni and Jo Anne (Jerry) Moody; son, Lee (Ashley) Ford; siblings, Sheila Richard, Gerald Richard, Charlene Richard, Mary Ann (Joe) Ferrara, Charlotte (Art) Jablonski, JoAnne Pillow, Margie Nichols, Bob Miller, Michelle Richard and Rosemary Richard; several nieces and nephews. She was a loving and devoted grandmother and great-grandmother.

Claire's family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Her graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 2:00pm at Pataskala Cemetery, 9545 Creek Rd. Pataskala, OH 43062 with Pastor Tim Burton officiating.
