Colt Wayne Vanderpool

Colt Wayne Vanderpool, age 9, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.  Colt was born on August 4, 2015.

Colt was a happy, loving little boy full of energy.  He adored his twin brother Caleb. He loved his cars and Army men. Colt enjoyed watching Trolls and Scooby-Doo and would dance to the last song in the movie Trolls. He loved to squeal as loud as he could.

He is survived by his dedicated parents Tim Vanderpool and Jesica Imler (Zac Seymour) and twin brother Caleb; grandparents Tim and Lori Vanderpool, John and Diana Perry, Keith and Chris McWhorter, Dean and Reannin Parker and Sandy Seymour (Daniel); aunts and uncles John Imler, Elizabeth and Corey Gray, Morgan Henry, Abalena Sullivan (Cullier Robinson), Katie McWhorter, Jessica Vanderpool, Chad Loel, Kaile Parker, Ryan Sunderland, Justin and Ashlynn Parker, Colton Parker, Morgan Myers, Maycie and Wyatt Faulkner; cousins Layla Imler, Noah Gray, Asher and Alora Schwartz, Adrianna and Makenna Loel, Elijah, Ellie, Payton, Jeremiah, Faithe, Matthew and Hope; baby Bryer Robinson; multiple great grandparents and aunts and uncles and other extended family and friends.

Colt's family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 11:00 - 12:00 at First Wesleyan Church 89 S. Mulberry Street Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 with the service starting at 12:00 P.M. with Pastor Jon Welch officiating and a reception to follow at 1:00 PM.
