David Allen Zinn

David “Dave” Allen Zinn, 76, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed peacefully into Eternal Life on February 11, 2025 with his loving wife by his side. 

He was a Roman Catholic and a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and a friend to all.

Dave was born on May 21, 1948 to the late Henry and Alberta "Albetty" Zinn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son David Christopher “Chris” Zinn.

He is survived by his wife Katherine “Kathy” Straface Zinn to whom he had been married for 54 years, a daughter Melanie Zinn Howell (Mike) of Pickerington, OH, and a son Dean A. Zinn of Reynoldsburg, OH. Also surviving are two sisters, Kathleen A. Wagner of Wheeling, WV and Geralyn R. Teufel (Jack) of Mansfield, TX, and a brother Thomas H. Zinn Sr. (Pam) of Columbus, OH.  He leaves his grandchildren Kaycie N. Howell, Amber E. Howell, Lily G. Howell, Parker D. Zinn, Kinley R. Zinn, and Crosby A. Zinn.

David will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by family and friends alike.
