Dolores M. Bunn

Dolores “Dee” Maxine Hyde (Coons) Bunn, 96, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024. She was born on February 22, 1928 and was raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania where she met and married Paul E. Coons. Together they had four children and resided in Reynoldsburg, Ohio where she lived in the same home for 65-years. Dolores retired from the CME Federal Credit Union in Columbus. After the passing of her first husband in 1987, Dolores married Richard M. Bunn until his passing in 2007.
 
Dolores is preceded in death by her mother, Sophia L. Champay, her first husband, Paul E. Coons, her second husband, Richard M. Bunn, her son Richard Paul Coons and her son in law Donald Steve Faulkner. She is survived by daughters Janice L. Anderson, and Darlene S. Faulkner (Steve), and son Frederik James Coons; grandchildren Christopher (Carol) & Stephen Faulkner, Abigail, Glenn, Lydia Coons, Rachel Sattler (Bill) and step-grandchildren Casey, Lilian, and Nicholas Znamenacek. Great grandchildren, Madeline, Audrey, Eva Faulkner, Nyla & Lola Rodgers & Maeve Coons, Step great Grandchildren, Evelyn, Henry, Jack Sattler, and the pending birth of Richard Paul Sattler.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, friends and family are encouraged to donate to the charity of their choice in the name of Dolores M. Bunn.
