She was very talented when it came to art. She did sketches, painting, and played the piano as a child. She was an avid animal lover and advocate, loved gardening, she also enjoyed reading and even took some karate classes.
As a military child herself, her father served during WWII (KIA in Battle of the Buldge), she feels very strongly for many charities such as Wounded Warrior Project, St Jude Cancer Research Hospital for Children, and many animal rescue foundations such as on that cared for Blind cats http://blindcatrescue.com that was a favorite charity of her son, and many others that focused on humane animal rescue and prevention of cruelty to animals
In lieu of flowers we ask that you make a donation in Donna's memory to Wounded Warrior Project https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org/, St Jude Cancer Research Hospital for children https://www.stjude.org/donate, or your local animal shelter.
