Doris S. (Ferrell) Scheidegger

Doris S. Scheidegger (Ferrell), age 82, of Columbus, went home to be with her Savior on April 27, 2024. Born May 5, 1941 in Chapmanville, WV to the late Dorsey and Francis (Stollings) Ferrell. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years, William; brother, Dennis Ferrell and sister, Joanie Hammond.

Doris is survived by sons, Matthew (Gina) Scheidegger of Reynoldsburg, Mark (Jenna) Scheidegger of Baltimore; grandchildren, Kaela, Alyssa (Andrew), Samuel, and Luke; sister, Pamela Mangan, brother, Richard (Sherry) Ferrell, sister-in-law, Linda Ferrell and several nieces and nephews.

She was a long time attendee of Berean Baptist Church where she served as a prayer warrior and ministry of helps. She was a member of the W.O.W. Club of Reynoldsburg.

Friends may visit on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Berean Baptist Church, 12985 Toll Gate Rd. Pickerington, OH from 10 to 11:00am, where her funeral service will be held at 11:00am with Pastor Joe Divelbiss officiating. Private interment at Union Evangelical Cemetery, Baltimore, OH.
