Dorothy "Dottie" Riffle

Dorothy “Dottie” Riffle, age 72, of Whitehall, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13 at Mount Carmel East. She was born in Zanesville, Ohio on March 18, 1953 to the late Richard and Hazel (Wells) Jeffrey. She is preceded in death by her parents and six siblings.

She is survived by her loving husband Mark of 47 years. She is also survived by her children Melanie Dowler (Max), Marilyn Martin, Michelle Riffle, Matthew Riffle (Stephanie); grandchildren Justin, Martin, Caity, Trenton, and Jace; great granddaughter Aelin.

Dottie adored her family and loved her grandchildren with all her being. Spending time with her family was the most important thing to her, but her puppy Sophie held a special place in her heart.

She liked spending time with her friends at Gatsby’s playing her favorite game, BINGO!!!

Her family will receive friends on Monday, March 23 at 10:00 a.m. for a graveside gathering at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, 8029 E. Main Street, Reynoldbsurg, Ohio.
