Ernest "Ernie" E. Jacks

Ernest “Ernie” Eugene Jacks, 64, passed away on October 26, 2020. Ernie was born on August 20, 1956 in Pomeroy, OH to the late Ronald and Betty (Nelson) Jacks. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Randy Jacks and his brother-in-law George Oiler.

Ernie is survived by his loving wife, Sally (Miller) Jacks; children, Tracie (Andy) Fry, Kevin (Heather) Jacks, Brian (Mandy) Jacks, Kelley (Chris) Lieb, Amanda (Corbin) Coakley; grandchildren, Natalie (Justin), Nathan, Skilyn, Abbie, Noah, Nicholas, Delaney, Regan, Hailey, Jackson, Linkon, Rylee, Davis, Ian, Shae, Gunner, Brice, Opal and Memphis; brother, Ricky (Elaine) Jacks; sister, Mary Oiler; mother-in-law, Betty Miller; brother and sister-in-laws, Rick (Margaret) Miller, Steve (Karen) Miller, Judy (Tim) DeFrench, Tom (Kristen) Miller, Christy (Dave) Harty and Ellen (Earl) Haynes and many nieces and nephews.

Ernie’s family will receive friends on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 5PM to 8PM at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main St. Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, where his funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 12 Noon with Pastor James Dewhurst officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
