Evelyn N. Robinette

Evelyn N. Robinette, 90 of Pickerington, passed away peacefully Tuesday March 31, 2026. She was born on August 12, 1935, in Logan, West Virginia to the late Walter and Elsie (McNeely) Saunders.

Evelyn retired from Franklin County Jobs & Family Services. While raising her children she was involved in several booster and parent groups. She enjoyed reading, quilting and sewing; but spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren was what brought her the most joy.

Evelyn is survived by her daughters Rhonda (Doug) Hare, Sandra (Louie) Boller, Kim (the late Jeff) Ishler, sons Steve (Marie) Robinette and Tony (Teresa) Robinette and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Leon and Jim Saunders and sisters Nina McDonald and Carol Smith.

She is preceded in death by her husband Rush, her sisters Norene Carr, Elma McDonald, Dora Kirk, brothers, Walter, Dennis and Cecil Saunders, grandsons Jesse Robinette, Chase Skinner and several sister in-laws, brother in-laws and nieces and nephews..

Her family will receives friends and family on Tuesday, April 7 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio where her service will be held at 1:00 with Paster Bret Rizzo officiating. Interment at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester.
