Greg Scott Murray

Greg Murray, 75, of Pickerington, Ohio passed away after a brief illness on August 18, 2023. He is preceded in death by mother Mary Jane Murray, father Wesley Murray and brothers Dick and Don Howard.

He is survived by brothers Dave (Rachel) Murray and Tim (Gina) Murray; daughters Tamara Ortega and Kristen “Peanut” (Kelly) Burris; son Chaz Murray; granddaughters Alexis Ortega, Aimee Ortega, Madison Burris and Miranda Burris; great-granddaughter Mila Myers; 1 soon to be great-grandson Brixton; and, of course, great-granddog Pablo; niece Kimberly (Ryan) Carpenter; nephews Brian Murray, Jeff (Keisha) Murray; great-nephews Charlie Carpenter and Phoenix and Eason Murray; special friend Terri Murray and many longtime friends and clients.

Greg was an insurance agent/co-owner of Murray and Sons Insurance for over 50 years. He enjoyed family, golfing, and shopping.

Please join us in a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 26, from 3-5 p.m. at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, where a brief service will follow at 5:00 p.m.
