Obituary
Janice J Taylor age 90 of Gahanna, Ohio; peacefully passed away on May 12, 2023. She was born in Uhrichsville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents Chester Blackburn and Mable Blackburn, sister Betty Riffle and husband George W Taylor.
Left to cherish her memory are her four children Becky (Carl) Turner, Vicky (John) O’Neal, Cindy (Tony) Black, and Jeff Taylor, as well as 6 grandchildren and 22 greatgrandchildren.
During her high school years she was a drum majorette at Central High School in Columbus. She loved to sew, and ran a bridal dress shop for several years. She loved her Saint Bernard’s, and her kitty Emma. She was an avid reader. Her favorite foods were shrimp, cream horns and Hersey kisses.
Her family will receive friends Friday, May 19, from 2-4 p.m., with a memorial service at 2:30 p.m., at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
