Jason Matthew Boss, 51, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away on March 19, 2025 at his home due to complications following open heart surgery. He was born on February 27, 1974 in Sandusky, Ohio; the son of Donnie Boss and Susie (Lano) Charlton.
Jason had an unwavering devotion to his family, and he adored his granddaughter, Alayah. He was so very proud of his Italian heritage. Jason’s radiant smile lit up a room and his laugh was like no other. His hugs were larger than life and his love and generosity knew no bounds.
He had a great love of gardening and had the greenest of thumbs. He was employed by the New Albany Country Club in New Albany, Ohio as their horticulturist.
Cooking was his passion. If there was a pond, river, or lake nearby, you can be sure you’d find Jason fishing in it. He was an avid bourbon connoisseur. Jason was a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. He loved stargazing with his telescope and watching sunsets.
Jason was the biggest fan of reggae music and Dave Matthews Band.
He was greeted in heaven by his beloved stepfather Mark Charlton and his grandparents.
