Jean Marie Bowers

Jean Marie Bowers, 97, of Reynoldsburg, passed into the presence of her Lord and savior Jesus Christ Wednesday March 11, 2026. She joins her husband William L. Bowers, son Paul David Bowers, who preceded her in death. Also preceded in death by her parents Clue Vern and Ernestine Racy Gardner and her siblings Donald Gardner and Irene Gardner- Butts.

She is survived by sisters Evelyn Skiles, and Marilyn Janecky. Daughter Marcia Newkirk (Tim Newkirk), son Richard Bowers (Christine Bowers) and six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Her family will receive family and friends on March 18 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio where her service will be held 1:00 pm. Graveside service and interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estate following the service.
