Jeanine A. Nader, 95, of Columbus passed away April 6, 2025. She was a member of the Shady Lane Presbyterian Church and a long time volunteer at St. Ann’s Hospital. She was a big Buckeye fan, loved to travel, play cards and regular trips to Las Vegas. Jeanine was born January 10, 1930 to the late James and Dorothy (Butts) Black. She is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years Richard E. Nader, sister JoAnn Baker and brother James Black.
She is survived by son Richard L (Sarah) Nader, daughter Vicki (John) Gainor; grandchildren Bonnie Nader, Danny (Kristen) Nader, John (Fumiko) Gainor, Jessica (Allison) Gainor; and six great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at The Forum at Knightsbridge for their wonderful care and support. Jeanine’s family is also grateful for the compassionate care by Capital City Hospice. A private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Cotner Funeral Home.
