Jerry Lee Crutchfield, Jr.

Jerry Lee Crutchfield, Jr., 49, passed away on October 1, 2023. Jerry was born on December 27, 1973 in Columbus, OH to the late Jerry, Sr. and Sally (Kincer) Crutchfield.

Jerry is survived by his two daughters, Trisha (Justin) Crutchfield and Cassi (DeVale) Jones; grandchildren, Ginna, Mylah, DeVale, Jr. and Addilyn; loving sister, Michelle Hayes; nephew, Chase (Emily) Hayes.

Jerry's family will receive friends on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 5 to 7pm at the Cotner Funeral Home, followed by his funeral service at 7pm with Pastor Bob Mathias officiating. Inurnment to be held private at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
