John "Jack" W. Crabtree

Jack Crabtree, 84, passed away on March 10, 2025. Jack was born on October 28, 1940 in Oak Hill, OH, to the late Arthur and Anna Mae (Slater) Crabtree.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Midkiff) Crabtree; daughters, Debbie (Larry) Taylor, Lesa (Chris) Herold and Kelley Parsley (Brian Taylor) ; grandchildren, Brock and Kelsey Taylor, Grace and Quinn Herold, Mady and Grant Parsley and Connor Taylor.

Jack’s family will receive friends on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 6 to 7:00pm at the Reynoldsburg Nazarene Church, 1340 Crest Rd. Reynoldsburg, OH, where his memorial service will be held at 7:00pm with Pastor Larry Taylor and Pastor Brad Crumbacher officiating.
