Josephine Mobech

Josephine Mobech, age 83, of Pickerington, passed away at Riverside Hospital Wednesday, January 11, 2023. She was born December 31, 1939 in Omar, West Virginia. Josephine was a loving mother and grandmother, who loved cooking and baking. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and nothing made her more happy than time with family. She is preceded in death by the loving father of her sons Chris B. Mobech; siblings Angel, Rosa, Isavel, George, Adolf, Jr., Raymond, Rudolph, and Terry. She is survived by her sons Chris B. (Charlene) Jr., Eric E., and Alan E. (Renee) Mobech; adoring grandchildren Nathanael, Devin, Marissa, Gerret (Emily), Ian and Alexander; great-granddaughter Aurora; siblings Joseph (Barbara) Lomely, Nina (Johnny) Martin, and Lois (Roger) Nelson; numerous nieces and nephews, some who were like her children. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 18, from 5-7pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, with her service 7pm.
