Joyce Ann Lee

Joyce Ann Lee, age 78, passed away peacefully at Tuscany Gardens in Etna, Ohio. She was born on September 27, 1947 to the late Jack Ables and Dorothy Morris.

She is survived by her husband Dale Lee of Columbus, Ohio; her wonderful son Ronald (Tammy) Lee of Pickerington, Ohio; grandson: Kyle Lee; granddaughter Dr. Kara (Chais) Shockley; sisters Dorothy Bauman and Linda Neel; brother Ed Lemon and many other loving family and friends.  

Joyce was a dedicated mother and raising her one and only son, Ron, was truly her favorite role.  She worked for Education First Credit Union and there wasn’t a book that she didn’t enjoy reading. Her favorite books were mystery thrillers. Joyce’s greatest pride and joy were her grandchildren. Whenever Kyle and Kara had a sporting event or a school event, she was there. She loved them with whole her heart.

Joyce’s family will receive friends on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 with her service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
