Kathy Jo Fluck Kerns Walker, born January 30, 1952 set free January 11, 2026.

Kathy was preceded in death by Neville Craige Fluck; mother Nila Jean Fluck; sons Evan Walker and Ryan Douglas Kerns; husband Leroy Walker, Jr.; former husband Larry Douglas Kerns; sister Patricia Jean Plas and nephew Joshua Neville Fluck.

She is survived by her children Tracy, Kacey Leigh Flanigan (Shaun) and Lakisha Lynn Walker; grandchildren Katie, Shaun, Gage, Kylie, Caleb, Aubrey and Brady; daughter in-laws Toni and Amy.

She also leaves behind siblings Romey Craig Fluck, Samuel Lee Fluck (Diane), Sara Jane Carter, Melissa Ann Smith (Derek), brother in law Art Plas and many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

We will always remember her beauty and her laughter. She had an amazing love for animals, plants, cooking, coloring and Children. When you hear a good R&B song and see somebody just dancing there heart out, THINK of HER. She has finally been set free to be everything we knew she could be!!

At the family’s request, there will be no services at this time. Thanks to Capital City Gardens for taking care of Kathy during her illness. Thanks to Cotner Funeral Home for always doing well by our family.
