Kendall Edward Weeks was a lifelong resident of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. He graduated from Reynoldsburg High School, Class of 1974, and attended the Ohio State University. Kendall is predeceased by his father, George Edward Weeks (July 14, 1908 - February 22, 1994) and his mother, Martha Frances (Mossbarger) Weeks (June 1, 1947 - December 17, 2005).
Kendall was a lifelong member of Parkview Presbyterian Church/Unity Presbyterian Church. His parents and his paternal Aunt and Uncle, Stella and Wendell Tolbert, were also longtime members. Kendall was a faithful member of the Parkview and Unity choirs until his death.
Kendall was an avid historian. He and his parents were founding members of the Reynoldsburg/Truro Historical Society. He also had a special interest in the history of Parkview Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Church in the United States. He had an impressive breadth and depth of knowledge on a wide range of historical topics.
Kendall was determined to choose his own path in life, and he was an intensely private person. At the same time, he remained interested in the world around him and was a thoughtful observer of current events. He faced many challenges, yet seldom complained. He will be missed by those who knew him best.
A memorial service for Kendall will be held at Unity Presbyterian Church, 6969 East Livingston Avenue, Reynoldsburg, Ohio at noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Pastor Andrew Smith will officiate. A luncheon at the church will follow.
