Lana Meixsell

Lana R. Meixsell went home unexpectedly on October 15, 2020 with her loving husband, David, and devoted daughter, April, by her side.  Lana was born on May 20, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio.  Lana is survived by her loyal husband, David Meixsell (aka Grandpa) of 14 years, her dedicated daughter, April Darling, and the light of her life, her two grandchildren, Hannah and Elijah.  Lana will always be remembered as superwoman!  She wore that cape really well. Lana always put others ahead of herself and she knew it was important to live her life the way SHE wanted to live it.  Her family was her pride and joy and she was always there for them. She was, also, very stubborn and did not take NO for an answer.  She lived with great tenacity!  She was a fighter until the end of her journey here on her earthly home.  Lana will be forever missed and loved.  Lana's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Reynoldsburg community for their outpouring of love and support during this time.  Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 27 from 4-6 pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main St, Reynoldsburg.
