Larry Joe Blake

Larry Joe Blake, age 63, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021. He was a graduate of Reynoldsburg High School, class of 1978, he loved his birds and his dog Rusty Chunk. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Wallace and Alta Mae Pierce and Alfred and Clara Blake; parents Joyce Ann and Lawrence Eugene Blake. He is survived by his wife, of 31 years, Beverly; son Brian Blake; siblings Kris (Steve) Barth, Rick (Bev) Blake, Kelly Blake-Thomas, Mark Blake, and Dave (Anitra) Blake; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-7 p.m at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg where his service will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Pastor Maxine Smith-Pierce officiating. Donations may be made in his memory to Columbus Dog Connection. His family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Mt. Carmel East Hospital for their care during his time there.
