Linda S. Orr

Linda Sue Orr, 74, passed away at her residence on October 12, 2025. Linda was born on February 15, 1951 in Columbus, OH to the late Patrick and Alberta (Cashdollar) Norton. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Walter and Gene Chaney.

Linda met her husband John Orr in the late 1960’s at Hart’s grocery and was married in October, 1972. John and Linda were just one week shy of celebrating their 53rd wedding anniversary. Linda is also survived by her daughter, Jennifer Beckett and former son-in-law, Aaron Beckett; sons, Jason (Leeann) Jordan and Jonathan Jordan; grandchildren, Tristan Beckett, Vanessa Beckett, Logan Jordan, Addy Jordan and Draden Jordan; longtime friend, Deborah McCollister.

Linda enjoyed reading and babysitting many children throughout her time. She and John also loved their bowling league days as newlyweds.

Linda's family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 5 to 7:00pm at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg, OH where her funeral service will be held with Mr. Gary Bussey officiating.
