Marianna Chambers, age 85 passed away March 12, surrounded by her loving family.
Marianna was born born July 24, 1937, in Columbus, Ohio and until recently, lived in Upper Arlington. She attended Central High School and was a graduate of the Upper Arlington High School Class of 1955. She taught elementary school for various Columbus City Schools for 30 years. She belonged to the Upper Arlington Senior Center and her favorite place to go was the Upper Arlington Library. She loved to read.
Marianna was preceded in death by her parents, Anita and Bill Chambers and her brother William Chambers.
She is survived by her brother Robert (Sarah) Chambers and sister Eleanor O’Reilly. She was Aunt Mimi to niece Jennifer (Brandon) Sherman, nephews Andrew (Sarah) Chambers, Darren (Jill) O’Reilly, Kevin (Erin) O’Reilly, Brian O'Reilly, great-nephews Graham Sherman, Parker Sherman, Kellan O’Reilly, Alex O’Reilly, great-nieces Caroline Chambers, Abbie O’Reilly, Olivia O’Reilly.
