Mary B. Koehler

Mary Boekenkamp Koehler, age 91, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2023. Mary was born April 8, 1932  in Versailles, Indiana. She is preceded in death by parents Fred and Sophia Boekenkamp, brothers Harold and Paul Boekenkamp; sisters Wilma Schwanholt, Elizabeth Brenner, Jo Weifering, and Martha Dilk.

Mary is survived by children, Mark (Megan Golden) Koehler, Kenneth Koehler, son-in-law, Gary Baptiste, grandsons Daniel, Michael, Scott and Trent, as well as numerous relatives and friends. Mary was a long time member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. She served as a long-time volunteer of the Alter Guild, a volunteer for kitchen fellowship and her involvement with the school are among just a few of her many contributions to the church.

Mary's family will receive friends Tuesday, December 12 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am., at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1200 Waggoner Road, Reynoldsburg, OH, where her service will be held at 11:00 am, with interment at Glen Rest Cemetery, followed by a light luncheon back at Messiah.
