Massiah "Siah"

Massiah, affectionately referred to as Siah, Siah bug, or Si, was the beloved son of Shawn and Maranda Jones and baby brother to Karter, whom he loved so very deeply. He was Born on January 9th 2022, and returned home to Jesus on April 15th, 2024.

Our world took a harrowed sigh of grief when the news of his death crossed our hearts. To know Siah was to know love. His smile lit up every single room he entered and every heart he touched. He loved and was loved by many Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. His sweet and energetic spirit was no rival for his affectionately packed hugs and kisses.

Being in Siah’s presence was like sitting at the feet of Jesus. He radiated an abundance of joy, love, and just the right amount of orneriness. His Infectious and sweet giggle had the power to heal every crack in your heart and brighten up the darkest of days.

From the first day Siah joined the Jones family, he captivated  the hearts of all. Though he shared the most magnetic bond with his daddy and brother, he was a mamas boy through and through. He was a lover of music, food, and being the center of attention. He played hard, he napped hard, but loved even harder.

Despite how much our hearts are aching, we take comfort in knowing that Siah is safe and happy in the care of his Heavenly Father. The brokenness we feel won’t soon heal but we are rooted in the faith that says we will meet again for eternity. Until then, we will miss your unmatched affection, spunky spirit, infectious giggles, and the sweet yet confident way you said “Aaaa-meeennn” at the end of every prayer. In the words of our precious boy…”I wuhhh you tow much!”
