Matthew Robert Clark, 51, passed away on May 9, 2022. Matthew was born on December 27, 1970 in Columbus, OH to Paul R. Clark and Florence Ellen (Patton) Clark.
Matthew is survived by his parents and sister; Kimberly (Philip) Siefke; daughter, Cassady (Jordan) Johnson; grandchildren, Hunter, Caleb and Levi Johnson; nieces and nephews, Amanda (John) Collins, Nicholas (Ashley) West, Taylor (fiancee, Bryan Pinero) Siefke, and Logan Siefke; great-nephews, Bentley Collins, Loryan Pinero-Siefke, Porter West and Nolan West; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends..
A Celebration of Life gathering for Matthew will be held by by his family at a later time and date. Arrangements under the care of Cotner Funeral Home.
