Melissa "Missy" Dawn McKenzie

Melissa “Missy” Dawn McKenzie, 47, passed away after an extended illness at her residence with her family at her side. Missy was born on June 2, 1976 in Columbus, OH and is survived by her parents, Treb and Barbara (Bost) Layton; her loving husband, Donald R. Mckenzie, children, Tyler McKenzie, London McKenzie, Donald Andrew McKenzie and Cameron McKenzie; siblings, Bret (Beth) Layton, Marla (Don) Christy and A.J. (Natalie Putt) Layton, mother-in-law Maxine McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Charles McKenzie.

Missy’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 1030 to 11:30am at the Reynoldsburg Community Church, 1636 Graham Rd. Reynoldsburg, OH where her funeral service will be held at 11:30am with Rev. R.D. Saunders and Pastor Jeff Greenway officiating. Arrangements under the care of Cotner Funeral Home and Crematory.
