Michael Morris

Michael Morris, age 73, passed away on June 16, 2026 under the gentle care of Hospice. He was born on November 22, 1952 to the late Lenzy and Dorothy Morris. 

He is survived by his 3 daughters, Amanda (Mike), Katie (Landon), Abbey (Ken), and 6 grandchildren, Lily, Sarah, Karter, Kye, Meccade and Koah. 

He is also survived by his brother, Lindsey Jr. Morris; sister, Donna (Phil) Bolon; devoted niece, Tonia (Scott) Buckholz and their children Tayler, Dylan and Macey; nephew, Shawne (Kerrie) Bolon, and their children Trevyn and Lorenz; nephew, Jonathan (Stacy) Bolon and their children Sadie, Camryn and Addalyn as well as his special friend, Tiffani Rose,  CNP, who served as his caregiver through many years. He depended on her for almost everything~he truly adored her. Her care and guidance was amazing.

Michael's life was filled with his own special kind of joy after many trials and tribulations he had experienced. The love for his trucks and his Mom was certainly undeniable. He loved making people laugh and being entertaining. He had a special hand shake (Cool Hand Luke) to anyone and everyone he met along the way and he never met a stranger.

He loved the Lord and was ready to enter into paradise. He will be missed by all who loved and understood the person he was.

Michael's family will receive friends on Monday, June 22, 2026 from 5 to 7:00pm at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg, OH. A graveside service for Michael will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 12 Noon at Highland Memorial Gardens, 198 Private Rd. 1336, South Point, OH 45680 with Pastor Gary Henry officiating.
