Nancy Lee (Thompson) Day, 85, of Reynoldsburg, passed away on November 24, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Worthington, Kentucky on May 15, 1938 to Orville and Eva Braden. She enjoyed walking, reading, the sunshine, and spending time with her family. The true joy of her life was to be a homemaker and mother. She was the foundation of her home.
She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband John Thompson, and many siblings. Nancy is survived by loving husband Thomas Day; children John (Kara) Thompson, Matt (Chrysis) Thompson, Beth (Bret) Spangler, and Jennifer Thompson-Bray; siblings Robert (Gertie) Braden, Ruth Rhoden, and Pam Wheeler; grandchildren John Michael, Eva, Matthew (Kristen), Morgan (Bradley), Marissa, Megan, Connor, and Cayden; great-grandchildren Kinder, Wells, Campbell, and Alise; step-children Tom, Scott, and Todd Day, and their families; many more extended family and friends.
Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 28, from 2-4pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, with a prayer to follow at 4pm. Inurnment to follow at a later date.
