Phyllis Jean Van Horn

Phyllis Jean Van Horn, 83, of Reynoldsburg, passed away on April 16, 2023. She was born in Belmont County, Ohio on May 19, 1939 to John and Mary (Ofat) Holub. Phyllis worked for many years doing inventory for Rgis. She was a great cook and caretaker for her family. She was always anxiously awaiting the next adventure with her husband of 59 ½ years Richard. She enjoyed Caribbean cruises and trying new things like parasailing. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband Richard Van Horn; children Richard R. (Lori) Van Horn, Kimberly K. (Kevin) Hodnett, and John J. (Leslie) Van Horn; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; many more extended family and friends. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 19, from 6-8pm at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, where her funeral service will be held on Thursday at Noon.
