Rodney "Rod" E. Morris

Rod won his battle over cancer on September 20, 2020.  His 'never ever give up attitude' was evident to the end and he never lost his faith or the spirit we all loved.   Rod was born September 7, 1964 in Gallipolis, Ohio.  He grew up passionate about cycling and motorcycles.  Rod loved going on long drives with his wife, being with family and friends,  playing with his grandson Lorenzo,  building and trading remote control cars, and being an Alabama football fan.

Rod owned his own lawn care business in the Reynoldsburg area where he met so many wonderful people over the years that he called friends.   Rod was always ready to lend a hand to help anyone and never knew a stranger.  He will be deeply missed.  

Rod is survived by his wife of 30 years Vicki, son Zachary (Kim)Morris, and grandson, Lorenzo.  His family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Cotner Funeral Home 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg. Graveside service 11 a.m. Thursday, September 24 at Glen Rest Memorial Estate 8029 East Main Street Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Per Rod's request please wear casual clothes for visitation and services.
