Tatiana "Tia" Dawn Eichar

Tatiana “Tia” Dawn Eichar, 13, of Columbus, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 16, 2026. Our beautiful girl was born on April 6, 2013, in Newark, Ohio, to Lucas and Charity (Jenkins) Eichar. 

Tia was determined and fierce. She was a runner, swimmer and hunter, and she loved being outdoors. She was a musician and loved to share her gift for the French horn to all who would listen. Our dragon girl was an artist and entrepreneur, who always propelled herself towards greatness. As a storyteller, she often connected with others through her encouraging words. She was very involved in her youth group and loved to volunteer. Tia was always the first to befriend someone and support anyone who needed help. Her light and heart for Jesus shined brightly to all who knew her. 

She is survived by her loving parents Lucas and Charity (Jenkins) Eichar; siblings and friends Desmond and Lynnlee; grandparents Terry and Mary Kay Jenkins, Deborah Squire, and Carl and Laurie Eichar; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. 

Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 19th, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at New Life Church, 3690 North Stygler Road, Gahanna, Ohio, where her service will be held at 6:30 p.m.

In honor of Tia's joyful spirit, this will be a Celebration of Life service, and guests are encouraged to wear colorful clothing rather than traditional dark attire.
