Teresa Rose Zapata ~ November 1, 2016. She was preceded in death by her namesake and father's mentor Teresa. Teresa Rose is survived by her loving mother Jenna Endicott and father Logan Clark; brothers Jase and Justin; sisters Bella and Alexis; grandmothers Kim Gleason and Denise Clark; and wife of Logan's mentor Esma Tejeda. Family will receive friends 3 - 4 p.m. Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Cotner Funeral Home 7369 East Main Street Reynoldsburg, Ohio where her funeral service will follow at 4 p.m.
