Teressa R. Buzzelli

Teressa Rae Buzzelli, 67, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, September 22, 2024 with her loving family by her side.

Teressa is preceded in death by her parents, William and Loretta (Workman) Chapman, and step-son, John Charles Buzzelli. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Johnny Buzzelli; children, Thom (Danielle) Chapman, Angela Gueye and Stacy (Mike) Swords; grandchildren, Justin (Blake) Polzer, Allicia Loy, Tyler (Roger Postell) Swords, Dylon Loy, Ashley Swords, Riley Smouther, Cameron Swords, Madison Swords and Tanner Swords; sisters, Cindy Chapman and Wendy Chapman; brother, William Chapman; sister-in-law, Kathy (Robert) Buzzelli; brother-in-law Richard Buzzelli; sister-in-law Patricia Buzzelli; nephews, Nick and Joey Buzzelli, Brandon, Hunter and Jake Bates, and Sean Divine.

Teressa loved cooking and baking, camping, bowling, traveling to the Smoky Mountains and Las Vegas for a bit of gambling and riding motorcycles with her husband. She often would travel with her grand kids to her favorite places. Teressa was an avid Buckeye Fan through and through. She had the most generous heart of gold and was very kind and would help anybody.

Teressa's family will receive friends on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg, OH, where her funeral service will be held at 1:00pm with Pastor Dustin Fulton officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
